Privacy Policy


  1. This is only a quotation for the enquiry and valid for Seven Calendar from date of release. Availability shall be subject to confirmation upon receipt of 100% payment in advance.
  2. Any change in itinerary after travel of first leg will be at subject to availability and discretion of Ezee Charters Pvt Ltd.
  3. The aircraft charges and hours mentioned in the above quotation is indicative. Final costing shall be calculated subject to confirmation of itinerary and cost incidences as mentioned below:
    • Final Invoice shall be prepared after incorporating actual cost incurred due to any diversions due to weather or air route not available as per decision of Airport Authority or Air Traffic Control or any Defence Activity en-route the selected sector air space.
    • In case of non-availability of Parking space at the selected station, the aircraft have to be moved or re-positioned to closest city (subject to availability of parking space at that station) or the aircraft has to take a go-around flight in the local area to clear the parking bay for a short period. This cost shall be billed on actuals whilst preparation of Final Invoice.
  4. PRICE QUOTE - Client understands that the final cost estimate for the charter will include the gross quoted charter cost plus the additional cost of applicable taxes, landing charges and parking charges as applicable, catering costs, custom fees, crew trip expenses if any and similar out of pocket expenses related to the provided services. If there is deviation from the original itinerary as requested by the client and agreed to by Ezee Charters Pvt Ltd or necessitated by clients actions then the amount owed by client to Ezee Charters Pvt Ltd may differ from the original cost estimate.
  5. Payment –100% advance to be paid along with the Confirmation of the booking. Payment can be made via cheque/DD/RTGS/NEFT in the name of “Ezee Charters Pvt Ltd”, payable at New Delhi Details of the Bank

  6. CANCELLATION CHARGES
    • In case the flight is cancelled by the charterer due to delay in departure for more than 6 hrs due to “Force Majeure” reasons like weather/visibility, 10% of the Charter cost will be levied towards the incidental expenses for the flight.
    • 25% of the total charter cost will be levied if the flight is cancelled before 96 hrs of the scheduled departure.
    • 50% of the total charter cost will be levied, if the flight is cancelled within 72 hrs of the scheduled departure.
    • 75% of the total charter cost will be levied, if the flight is cancelled within 48 hrs of the scheduled departure.
    • 100% of the total charter cost will be levied, if the flight is cancelled within 24 hrs of the scheduled departure.
    • Any Cancellation/Changes, which cannot be executed due to operational reasons or lapse or lack of relevant permissions, in flight sectors after the commencement of the flight, will be termed as “last minute cancellation” and the cancellation clause of 100% would apply.
  7. Other Charges
    • Day Detention Charges – Rs 15,000/- per hour for Domestic and USD 400 per hour for International Airports shall be charged after 4 Hours inclusive waiting time.
    • Night halt charges – Rs 50,000/- per night for Domestic Flights @ USD 2500 for International Flights.
    • For Non-flying days – 2 hours of Flying Time shall be charges. This charge shall be inclusive of Night Halt Charges.
    • Watch Hour Extension Charges if levied by Airport Authority shall be billed on actual separately after the completion of flight.
    • Any additional charges levied by Airport Authority, Customs or any other Regulatory Authorities shall be billed separately after the completion of flight.
    • All applicable taxes, duties or surcharge as per rules of Government Of India shall be applicable.
  8. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF OPERATIONS - Client acknowledges that Ezee Charters Pvt Ltd is your representative for booking your charters and do not operate the flights. The air charter suppliers have sole responsibility, liability and control of all aspects of the aircraft provided to you including limitation, aircraft availability and pricing, the commencement and termination of scheduled flights, the operations, regulation conditions and safety of flights, passengers, baggage and cargo and other people and events associated with your air travel such as crew performance and catering services.
  9. SAFETY OF OPERATION - Client acknowledges that air charter suppliers and/or their pilots will be solely responsible for all decisions regarding safety determinations with respect to commencement, operations and termination of flights. Ezee Charters Pvt Ltd shall not be responsible for passengers carrying any contraband items or involved/indulged in any illegal activity.
  10. FORCE MAJEURE - Ezee Charters Pvt Ltd will not be deemed to be in breach of its obligations hereunder or have any liability for any delay, cancellation or damage arising in whole or in part from any act of God, act of nature, acts of civil or military authority, strike or labour dispute, mechanical failure, lack of essential supplies or parts or for any cause beyond the direct control of Ezee Charter Pvt Ltd or the carrier.
  11. DAMAGES – Ezee Charters Pvt Ltd or the air charter supplier shall have no liability or responsibility for delay cancellation or failure to furnish any service to be provided to you when caused by mechanical difficulty, weather conditions, acts of God, war, civil commotion, strikes or labour disputes, government regulation, law, rule or authority or any causes beyond their reasonable respective control. The client agrees to assume all liability and responsibility for their safety, schedule, baggage, cargo, business and personal activities and financial ramifications associated with their air reservations and travel arranged by us and performed by the air charter suppliers. The client, the client agent, guests, passengers, employees if applicable shall not engage in any act or possess any substance or allow cargo to contain any substance which may result in the seizure or forfeiture or unsafe operation of the aircraft used in the charter contracted for you by Ezee Charters Pvt Ltd. Ezee Charters Pvt Ltd makes no representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied as to any matter limited to, implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability or otherwise.
  12. INDEMNITY- The client shall indemnify and hold harmless Ezee Charters Pvt Ltd, its affiliates, and all of their officers, directors, employees, legal representatives and other agents, successors and assigns (the indemnified parties) from and against any and all liabilities, losses, damages, penalties, costs and expenses on account of any claim, suit, action, demand, proceeding or anything of a similar nature made or brought against any of the indemnified parties as a result of the services provided by Ezee Charters Pvt Ltd. Client will indemnify and hold Ezee Charters Pvt Ltd harmless against any loss, damage or expense incurred by Ezee Charters Pvt Ltd by reason of any action or omission of client, it employees, agents and guests. Furthermore, client agrees to pay for any damage to the charter aircraft caused by client or any employee or guest of client, normal wear and tear excluded.
  13. WARSAW CONVENTION - If the client's journey involves an ultimate destination or stop in a country other than the country of departure, the Warsaw convention may be applicable and the Convention governs and in most cases, limits the liability of the carrier for death or personal injury and for loss of or damage to baggage.
  14. Ezee Charters Pvt Ltd reserves the right to introduce, amend or close the Product Offerings as per its sole discretion.
